If you do not agree, do not use the App.1. Permitted UseYou may use the App for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.2. Medical & Health DisclaimerIMPORTANT: The App is for tracking and informational purposes only.
• The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• The App does not recommend medications, dosages, or changes to your care plan.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical decisions.
• If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call local emergency services immediately.3. Educational Content (Articles & Recipes)The App may include general educational materials such as health summary articles and recipe documents (“Content”). Content is provided for general informational purposes only and may not be appropriate for your specific situation.Nutritional information, meal ideas, or recipes are not individualized medical or dietary advice. If you have allergies, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions, consult a qualified professional before making dietary changes.4. Apple Health (HealthKit)The App may allow you to connect with Apple Health (HealthKit). If you enable HealthKit integration, you control which data types the App can read and/or write through iOS permissions.HealthKit data is used only to provide App features (such as trends and syncing entries you choose). The App does not use HealthKit data for advertising or marketing.5. PrivacyYour use of the App is also subject to the Privacy Policy linked from the App and the App Store listing.6. Intellectual PropertyThe App (including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software) is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use, subject to these Terms.You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law.7. Your Data & EntriesAny logs, notes, profile names, and other information you enter into the App are controlled by you. In this version, the App is designed so that entries are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.8. Third-Party ServicesThe App may interact with Apple-provided services such as notifications and HealthKit (if enabled). Your use of those services is subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policies.9. Disclaimer of WarrantiesTHE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.10. Limitation of LiabilityTO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP.TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR USD $0 IF THE APP WAS FREE).11. TerminationYou may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.12. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the Effective Date above.
